(June 24, 2021, 3:54 pm)The oldest rock in Canada with 2.3 billion years old. Massive and impressive. And one of the largest boulder in North America. 6.5 m high, 13 m long. Moved 45 km by the glacier forces. Off the beaten path close to 401 and 5 min shaded easy hike from the parking. Good resting stop. Infested with gypsy moths, but well worth visit.

(January 25, 2021, 1:37 pm)Nice short walk, very easy trail. Rated 5 stars because its not usually busy, and I've always enjoyed my little walks here, there is a creek under the bridge which is nice but during the summer it dries out. Bring bird seed if you want to feed the birds. :)
