(July 11, 2020, 2:48 am)First time having Dows out to our house. We only just moved back to the area a year ago. AC wasn't running the way I thought it should and I panicked with the heat wave we're having. They came out at 9pm on a Friday night were here over an hour and extremely informative. Rates are far less than I expected. We'll definitely be using Dows for our furnace and AC maintenance.

My call was promptly returned by Chris P., and he went above and beyond what was required. He was able to further my understanding of a complicated system. Thanks for the great service, I highly recommend.
