Kathy was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond and you can tell she loves her job and has so much compassion for her clients. After my hearing test she thoroughly explained to me what everything meant and made many recommendations to help with tinnitus so that I had options going forward and felt comfortable with the suggestions before leaving. Kathy went above and beyond for me, on a very difficult day. She was recommended to my by a health care professional, and took my call immediately. She stayed late, after office hours to accommodate me the same day, and met me with open arms and a warm smile. She is quite honestly one of the kindest, most compassionate, honest people you will ever meet. I felt at ease, and so comfortable around her. I have had really bad experiences with wax removal but this place is amazing. What was normally a painful process for me in the past is all laughs and smiles now. They are super gentle and always check in to make sure you're not in pain. I always feel 100 times better after my appointments here!! Highly recommend, they are super friendly so even if you just have a question or want them to check something quick, pop in, they are always more than happy to help!
