Haid's Hideaway Family Campground

Great getaway spot. Would love to visit again over and over :)

Simple, relaxing, everything you need

Haids Hideaway was such a beautiful, quaint setting. The cottage was a perfect size, with everything you would need. The cottage is soundproof and was absolutely spotless (made us feel at ease during Covid), the decor is instagramable.
The only downside was the bugs, but that's cottage life!!!!
Thank you for a lovely stay, we'll be back!

What a great campground! Family and friends camped for 5 days. Owners were very nice. They kept the sites very clean. The Skootamatta River for everyone to explore various wildlife, rapids, and take in the scenery. Campground is pet friendly, with a off leash area which is a nice addition. Great little beach for the kids to swim and have fun! A wonderful place to relax and unwind.

My daughter and I spent two nights in one of the newest cabins this campground has to offer. There are so many thoughtful touches that truly made it feel like home. We enjoyed lazing around in the rapids (just steps away from both cabins), and bouncing on the Big Bouncer they have. The owners care about every aspect of the campground, and it shows. The cabins are a great way to enjoy the experience of camping without having to wrestle with a tent or trailer. You can literally pull in, unpack, and start enjoying yourselves!
