Courteous service, comfortable waiting room, on time

The sales staff made buying a new car very easy and answered all my questions to make my decisions easier for me. The owner Eric Campbell took personal interest to make sure that my experience was pleasant. I have had the car for two weeks now and have totally loved it.

Been doing business with EC Ford Lincoln for more than 42 years now and have never been unhappy about anything. Tried shopping at alternative dealerships a couple of times because we had relocated to 3 hours away, but it was still much better for vehicle price and service to make the 3 hour drive to stick with EC Ford Lincoln. Thankfully we have moved back to the area so it is more convenient to continue doing business here. Service is always done right the first time and the sales experience is always positive. Can't say enough good about the entire organization.

I picked up my 2018 Ford Edge on March 2/19 at Eric Campbell Ford Lincoln and couldn't be more thrilled. I love, love, love it!! My car is just beautiful! I purchased the car (sight unseen) while I was on vacation.
Everyone I spoke to at the dealership, from Eric to Steve, was so nice and helpful. All the paperwork was ready for me, as arranged by Steve, as I had to travel quite a way to get there. The orientation of my car was very thorough. I haven't remembered it all and am learning bits & pieces every day. I do wish I had picked up a little tube of touch up paint while I was there though, as I have a new stone chip on the front.
I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. I couldn't be happier with my new Ford Edge and the dealership.
