My name is Kim Valentini, on Sat May 19, 2018 I had initiated a complaint against the Prospers Garage in Grand Bend. This garage assisted me and offered some insight into my problem. They refunded me the cost of my mechanical work - 6 months after the fact. I appreciate the time and efforts the garage gave me.

I was advised from my local garage that Prosper's Garage had taken advantage of me concerning an emergency brake situation Aug 2017. I no longer feel that is the issue. I reacted quickly and without properly informing myself. I apologize to Prosper's Garage and wish to retract my initial complaint. And commend this garage on taking the time and efforts to converse with me several times. The other garage, my local garage had not replied immediately upon my request for information about contact Prospers Garage had with the Oshawa Garage. It was my third response that got me a reply. Thank you Mark for your integrity and concern into my situation and my vehicle maintenance as I move forward.
NAPA please accept this, as it is, genuine concern for this garage. They deserve to keep their long standing reputation.

Popped in early today for a tire repair...Mark was able to take me in in good time and fix me up. Unfortunately the repair didn't hold the first time( not unusual at all!) and I had to return. Successful and even quicker this time. These folks have never let us down. Thank you guys! A.K., London.

Visiting from out of town with a battery problem. Fellas got us in on the spot to check things out and provide some sound advice. Friendly and efficient!
