AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! My wife and I recently purchased a Yamaha Jet boat from Southwest Marine and first off I would like to comment that the couple negative reviews posted here are far from the experience that we had purchasing our boat and every trip I have had to the dealership since has been no different. I dealt with Dave and he answered all our questions, gave me a wicked trade in value on my previous boat and after searching everywhere in Ontario for a similar boat, his price was also the best! That gives a 5 star alone... On top of all that he didn’t pressure us into buying but gave us all the info we needed to pull the trigger. We had decided that since this was a bigger boat we would like to keep it docked in Grand Bend so we don’t need to constantly be towing it back and forth. The waiting list for docking is long but Dave was able to track down a spot for us. We could not have got a better location! I have also had service done there and both times it was exactly as I hoped it would be. To take things to the next level...I participate in a local ducks unlimited chapter and the past two season I’ve asked Southwest if they would be willing to make a small prize donation and they didn’t flinch at the idea either time and went above and beyond with the Donations!!! Couldn’t be happier with the boat or the service we received!! Is there a way I can add more stars?? Lol

Had a great experience dealing with Dave and the crew at SW marine. Excellent purchase experience and followup service appointments. I drive 2 hours to get my waverunner serviced here and pass another dealer along the way....I trust SW marine with my machine.

Great to work with on my trade-in when the dealer in London wouldn't even look at it. I receive great service from them on my new waverunner and my old boat too.
