The customer service was wonderful and welcoming as soon as I walked into the door. The results of my rings were breath taking. They looked like new!

Prior to entrusting them with my rings they shared the possibility of adjusting the claws etc. When I picked up my rings they stated that the rings did not require tightening. This was great news to me and I valued their honesty.
