I just took delivery of my second Waverunner from Fenelon Falls and I want to say that in both cases the service I received from Glenn and his staff was exceptional..very informative and they make the purchasing process seamless..even with the Covid-19 issues we are enduring..his son Colin is also a huge ambassador for the business..he truly cares for the customer and his family business. If you are looking to purchase any type of watercraft I highly recommend purchasing from Fenelon Falls.

Best power sport dealer out there, I purchased a snowmobile from here and it was the most pleasant experience from the second I walked in , even though it was just about there closing time they didn't rush me out at all. The owner even walked us out to our car and thanked us. The team was very familiar with the Yamaha snowmobile line and eager to answer any question I had. The gentleman that walked me through my sled was very pleasant and Knowledgable. I could be happier.

I see there have been a couple of negative reviews about Fenelon Falls Marina. However from what I read the reviews are mostly positive, and so they should be! The owners Glen and Heather Jackson along with their son Colin, have always treated us first class. In 2018 we purchased a new wave runner and Jet boat, the professionalism in the way they handle the sale, was second to none.They have always been there for us when we have had questions or when looking for advice. We were at the marina on Saturday as I wanted to talk to Glen, when he saw my wife standing outside the office, he went out to greet her and gave her hug. They treat us like family. The people who wrote the negative reviews do not know what they are talking about. When you are in the market for a boat, wave runner or snowmobile, I highly recommend you purchase from Fenelon Falls Marina, you will not be sorry you did.
