Had a very positive experience having British Empire Fuels install a new Lennox furnace and propane tanks. These folks know what they’re doing. On time and on budget. Installers Brock and Kyle are pros. I would highly recommend them.

Great service and experience from start to finish. The sales calls, consultation, and install of our new furnace was flawless with a very appreciated attention to detail. The technicians took the time to improve the setup of the furnace, wiring, and even the exhaust venting... above and beyond what I was expecting but certainly nice.

Have always had a great experience working with British Empire. They went out of their way to get us a maintenance package and new water heater when we first moved to Lindsay, they have made multuple emergency visits when our furnace has cut out, and just yesterday we called them to check on our AC . Ours was old and leaking and they moved their schedule around and finished up the install of our new unit today because my wife is 38 weeks pregnant! Awesome service, easy to deal with people, always a great experience. Don't look anywhere else, just call British Empire.

Dealing with Nancy and Ian was unreal. Had an issue with my bbq not being compatible (my issue not theirs), and they got back to me Friday night at 10 pm... With a picture explaining the issue... Never expected this type of service. Highly recommend
