CrossFit is CrossFit. There are prescribed workouts in various combinations that melt off fat and tighten up flab. What makes CrossFit Lindsay so great is the people running the gym and the members inside the gym. If you've never met Ryan Hawkrigg and his wonderful down-to-earth fitness-guru team, it will become apparent immediately why his gym is going gangbusters. Any CrossFit gym can take you through the CrossFit motions, but the reason you get yourself to the gym is for the people around you. My daughter can't wait for her classes. Her sister is a dancer. Her brother is a hockey player. But my 11 year old is a CrossFitter. She's part of the CrossFit Lindsay community, and she's proud of it. And I know she's in great hands. Plus! CrossFit Lindsay's rates are much more affordable than the city CrossFit gyms. Bonus!

From the minute you walk through the door you are embraced by a group of like minded people who train hard and laugh harder. The coaches are the best you’ll ever meet and can help you achieve anything. The best thing I ever did for my body and mind was join CrossFit Lindsay!!!

There is definitely not enough space here to write what Crossfit Lindsay has done for me. The community is by far the best group of people I’ve ever met. Coaches are beyond knowledgeable, and the changes not only physically but mentally are unreal! This place has saved me from a dark road, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds! Hands down this place is my happy place!!
