The guy on the phone says, 'I am not able to sell that item but give me your number, I will look around for you.'
I fully expected to be brushed off and probably never hear back from them.
The next day he calls and says he looked around, made some calls and discovered the item I wanted was back-ordered at the Canadian supplier and that was why I was having trouble.
Excellent service considering there was no immediate expectation of a return on the effort. -
