Tow All Inc

I had a misfortune break down with my utility trailer Friday night May 7th 2021, however I had a GREAT experience with Tow All. I received great service throughout the process. From the initial call in, dispatch was polite and professional. (Sorry did I don't remember the lady's name from dispatch) I was told arrival time would be roughly 45 -60 minutes. The driver (Chris) arrived in about 35 mins. He was friendly, polite and very professional. Chris had my trailer loaded onto his flatbed (with one wheel missing off it) in less than 10 minutes. Chris then followed me to my house (about 25 minutes away) to drop the trailer off. Not only did he unload the trailer without doing any additional damage, he helped me move the 12 - 15 foot trailer around manually pushing, pulling & tugging at it (again missing one wheel) to help me as I would not have been able to do this on my own. Chris went above and beyond of what his normal duty for this type of tow would have been.

Hopefully I don't need this service again, but if I do it will be a call to Tow All.

My tractor n trailer was stuck in loose gravel. The tow truck driver was nice, and professional. Fairly priced. Please keep up the good work.
