The store front is not extensive but strategically stocked with what you really need and a few toys you don't. Sometimes mechanical work is a mystery and never has there been a condescending look when you have to describe your problem by making broken boat noises :) . They treat your money like they would theirs so when you have a true mystery they solve it with a methodical approach to work with you to find the problem instead of just throwing parts at it.”

“The owner was very nice. We had a good time but we were told there would be a microwave and also a wood burning stove in the yurt but there were not. The Yurts are fairly close to each other and the fire pit and dock are all shared with whoever else is at the other two yurts. If you want a private gathering this may not be for you unless you rent all 3 at the same time. There was also a trampoline there which was nice. Overall a good time.”

Even if an insurance company tries to steer us to another body shop, we always come back to this place instead to get mechanical advice or a reliable reference to a local mechanic in Kawartha. always excellent work, always in reasonable time, are friendly and accessible. A couple of years ago, we have a LOT of dash lights on one of our cars, and we were walked through a diagnosis which in turn saved us thousands of dollars, it was 3 blown fuses, we were sent an invoice for 50$ which was a small price to pay compared to the thousands we would have had to pay to fix our car.”
