Updated for slightly better rating for finally calling me back. They said a hard winter stunted upper growth on the whips, but they will survive even stronger .... we'll see!

Won't call me back after leaving multiple messages. My red maple whips this year had top growth on only 2 out of 14 whips. All were planted immediately in a variety of locations. I don't necessarily want a refund, I just want to talk to somebody to better understand what causes this. It doesn't make sense to pay for older 4 foot whips when the only leaf out is at ground level.

This is my second year of ordering so I would think I could get a call back? My sugar maples last year were a little better with 6 out of 10 with top growth.

Guess I'll move on to a supplier that cares.
