Layzee Acres Service Centre

I am sorry to read all of these negative reviews, as my experience was vastly different.
Alexandria Brannan and all the people in the service department were great. Helpful, efficient and a pleasure to work with getting my warranty issues corrected.
Considering that I purchased my unit from out west, Alberta, and not from Layzee Acres, I couldn't be happier with how I was treated. Considering that a dealership that performs warranty work on a unit that was purchased from another dealership, this is never beneficial to the servicing dealership.
I understand things are changing at Layzee Acres, I believe this must be the case.
Therefore, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using Layzee Acres service department to my family or friends. I recommend you try them and find out for yourselves.

Brought RV in for service under warranty on what looked like water leakage behind shower wall. They put the RV through the water stress test and removed the shower wall. They found no sign of water leakage but didn’t charge for work done even if the manufacturer wouldn’t cover it under the warranty. Friendly staff. They let us drop off our RV a bit early and leave it there a bit longer since we are from out of town. Great experience overall.

Lots of choice. Detailing not very good on used trailers. No follow up once you buy
