As a clinical psychologist, I tend to be rather skeptical when I hear of new

approaches. However, after completing 20 sessions of NeurOptimal with a home rental I

noticed that I was so less anxious, it was amazing. I no longer woke up with that tight

anxious feeling in my stomach nor with that worried feeling of having forgotten to do

something. My husband and my closest friend had noticed quite early on that I was more

carefree and my mood was consistently calm.

From Day one, the change started. I had been struggling with anxiety, high blood pressure, insomnia, pain, migraines, and the need to make some big changes in my life and work situation. Every visit I left refreshed and with a clearer focus, was able to tackle all of my issues, and feel again like the person I have missed for a long time. I am excited for the future, and my new found freedom from far too many anchors.

I am also extremely grateful to Susan for the changes she has made for my 9 year old son struggling with ADHD, anxiety and depression. My son has seen Susan on and off for a few years (as needed as he develops and grows). The effects were noticeable instantly as well. He is far more relaxed (so relaxed he can barely get out of his chair, when normally he never sits still), and focused. He is able to deal with his anxiety with ease, and he is happier from all of it. No medication required! His marks have improved dramatically, and he able to make friends, which has been a struggle in the past. As a parent with a child who struggles, there is nothing greater than seeing everything get easier for them. To see them happy!

Susan Gillies is a rare gem. She is kind, considerate, compassionate, and very knowledgeable in many areas. I am thankful for all she had done for us, and I know many others are thankful for her services as well. Everyone should go once with an open mind ready for positive change. I am so glad we did.

I first read about Neurofeedback in a medical book describing innovative Neurological treatments being tested for many neurological conditions, including brain injury like concussions, and Parkinsons. I initiated neurofeedback without any particular goal in mind. I decided to 'just try it' and see how I feel. My senses are more alert, I feel more at peace and best of all, I feel incredibly happy. I feel like I can see better, hear better, move easier, think faster and confidently, with less brain fog, and I worry less. I feel 10 years younger. I am now a person who lives 'in the moment'. It takes me less time to perform work. I am more productive, innovative, and organized. I feel more attentive with my children, taking the time to really listen and enjoy more quality time together as a family. I highly recommend neurofeedback for anyone with neurological symptoms and/or mood enhancing goals.
