Absolutely love dealing with these guys. They're always there for you the consumer unlike some dealers that are only there to sell you a machine and not always there after the sale. It's not always about the machine, if theres no support from your dealer then dont deal with them because when that machine goes down you need someone that will get it fixed and you on your way to keep making money.

🏴 Flag as inappropriateI bought an Echo chain saw just under 5 years ago. It is used for cutting firewood. This year the handle broke. Echo carries a 5 year warranty. Shawn at Advantage Farm Equipment Wyoming went to work to get this covered under the warranty for me. The replacement handle was over $130 as it is now aluminum (not plastic). Shawn and Echo came through. Shawn even replaced the handle and had no labour charges. Great service. Thanks so much.
