I have booked a few trips with the Sarnia, ON office and have been extremely satisfied with the level of customer service received. They managed to book a last minute vacation to New Orleans when our trip to Iceland was cancelled due to a valcano eruption, they managed to coordinate a same day booking from multiple departure airports for our group. I have used them for 2 other large group vacations and they have been excellent at coordinating everyone's needs. I am very pleased with the work Becky has done for us to book our vacations!
