Some staff go the extra mile, others are less than pleasant so it's quite difficult to rate. It's really luck of the draw with who is working, from my experience as a frequent shopper.

However if rating the Cosmetology/Beauty Boutique, it is an easy 5 stars thanks to one specific Cosmologist. Sandy is absolutely phenomenal at her job to put it mildly. She goes above and beyond in every way possible, from customer service, to being very personable, she is extremely helpful and has vast knowledge in products recommended. (If you don't need it, she will be honest and tell you so which builds a lot of trust.) Any time I am struggling with how to apply a cosmetic product or needing advice on skin care, Sandy has the answer as well as happily shows me exactly how to apply things; she takes the time and it is obvious she cares for her clientele. Also knowing her customers well, she is aware I make my larger purchases during points events and truly helps me maximize on my shopping experience. She is definitely my go to beauty guru and I am very grateful for all of her assistance offered each and every time it is needed. To be honest, whenever I think I have a permanent issue and may be discouraged or feeling stuck, Sandy is who I go and see and she some how resolves it. Sandy is a huge asset to Shopper's Drug Mart, I won't go anywhere else solely because of her.
