The team at Friendly Fires has been very helpful and knowledgeable on all aspects of their products. Installation and scheduling has been flawless and shows how professional they are. I highly recommend them to anyone.

First, many women will agree, women are treated much differently when dealing with contractors and the it's not always good. My experience with Adam and Kevin from Friendly Fires was amazing!
They arrived early to do the install (big points in my book), were extremely knowledgeable and were able to communicate and explain different things clearly without making me feel stupid. Any unexpected surprises they encountered, were treated easily, which made it clear that both men were masters in their trade and that instilled alot of confidence. Install was perfect, clean up was more than expected and I only wish that every contractor was as good as these guys.
The price at Friendly Fires was extremely competitive from the start, but after the amazing service it was the best choice I could have made. I will definitely return here when I upgrade my woodstove, buy a BBQ or need advice and will recommend them to everyone.
