Lakeside Shawarma & Souvlaki

Great shawarma. Fresh ingredients. Some of the best falafel I've had. Highly recommend checking it out.

Just moved to CP 5 months ago and kept hearing about how great lakeside shawarma is. I went for the first time today. People weren't kidding!! So good!! I told them it was my first time there and they added extra garlic sauce haha. The ingredients are very fresh and everything had so much flavor. Literally in a food coma with a food baby belly going on right now. I will 100% be going back there!!!

Lakeside had not only the BEST shawarma, the service is incredible. Moe and staff are so genuine and kind. My husband and I have a mildly complicated order with a few substitutions, and the few times they've mixed it up they have gone above and beyond to fix it (without us even asking!). Lakeside has been our go-to place for years, and we will continue to support local as long as they are around.

Excellent shawarma, salad, and potatoes! I don't often finish a take out meal and feel full -- that is not the case here. The portions are big and the prices are very affordable too. Definitely recommend this spot.

A slam-dunk 5 Star. We had been told by friends they had great shawarma and they didn't steer us wrong. Fantastic!! We had our favourite spot in Toronto and thought we'd never replace them. Lakeside is even better. Friendly owner just adds to the experience. Saw a family special that feeds 6 for $45. They sold me and I'll be back.
