This is the best pet store ever! I love the selection and the staff are so friendly and helpful! Myself and husband used to go to the one in Perth but so happy this one opened in Carleton place as we live in Almonte and it’s so much closer now!

Laura provides great service. She offered to come to our home, if we didnt have transportation, with a few different sizes of suitical suits for our puppy who was getting spayed the following day. We ended up not needing that service but she offered a great solution. Laura is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and without hesitation, my husband and I give her a 5 start review! The shop is clean and all staff are friendly.

Amazing! Came here today from a suggestion from my friend who has a bird (p.s the staff was VERY helpful to her!) Large selection of foods, toys, treats, supplements and more! This is where I will be going to get stuff for my cat from now on. Extremely clean shop! People were cleaning when I arrived! Also very Knowledgeable and friendly staff!

Just discovered this place, it's super new but their customer service is amazing and they're extremely knowledgeable about the products. I haven't seen these products before in grocery stores or other pet places, so I did some research and they're extremely high quality with a reasonable price range, equivalent to what you'd find elsewhere. It's important to support local business and I'd highly recommend this spot for your pet needs!
