Outstanding service...our pool heater quit on us 3 days after opening this year; We contacted Rob (RTM - Roberto Tardioli) who agreed to drop by that same day after his long day of work...he didn't simply assume it was done but took the time to look at it to see if it could be fixed...unfortunately it was cooked so after calling all around the Ottawa suppliers Rob ordered a new 1 for us and had it installed 3 days later...very nice professional expert and amazing service...thank you Rob

I was in a bind this past summer, and with the heat and humidity reaching beautiful levels of 30+ I knew we couldn't continue without air conditioning in our business any longer.
