This is the way dealers should be (and sorta used to be). Took time to understand my needs, has made good suggestions and steered me away from suboptimal decisions. Service has been positive too, with a creative attitude for some modifications I needed, and good communication when COVID held up part delivery. You can't get away from the fact that equipment of this sort costs $$, and transport adds $ to servicing costs, but it's great you can depend on the advice and service you're getting.

Even after the purchase their customer service was great. From back end to front end service they’re a class act all the way. I will buy all of my tractor supply from them.
