Bought a Sylvan pontoon boat from Kelsey's, great customer service. Robbie helped us out every way he could.
Very satisfied.

I have nothing but good things to say about Kelsey marina. If I could rate higher than 5 I would because they went above and beyond.

We rent a cottage on an island on the lake every year and every year we have our boat serviced before we go because we rely on it to get groceries etc. This year we sprung a leak and it was a rip in the shift bellow. Bilge would not keep up and we thought our vacation was over.

We called other local marinas and being July they were way to busy to repair our boat. When we called Kelsey we got same response initially. After writing Rob an email they got us in.

Within a day they had us back on the water and saved the vacation we had waited for all year.

In addition to repairing the boat in a day they had it waiting in the water and put our trailer in storage for free so we could back on the water. They took us to and from the island and didn't charge a taxi fee.

As for the cost of repairs we expected to overpay for sure since they knew we were stranded on the island without the boat but that was not the case.

Wish I had an honest and overacheiving marina like this in London Ontario. You guys rock and we really appreciate all your help.
