(May 8, 2019, 12:29 am)About a year ago I purchased a 2018, 850 Highlifter from a different dealer. As crossings had none in stock. After what I can say was the worst experience you could have buying a new quad. I went to crossing skeptical from my last experience (with the other dealer) and I purchased the extended warranty. Very happy I did as 6 months into the extended warranty my motor went. Crossings went above and beyond to get Polaris to cover it even though I did not purchase it from them and it was over the Polaris warranty. If your thinking bout a Polaris I would not deal anywhere else!
