Our son is in the middle of university exams and his phone stopped charging, just to throw a little extra stress into the situation. Tried cleaning out the charging port but no luck, so decided to pop into iPhix to see if we needed to get it replaced.

I'm so sorry I didn't catch his name, but the tech was able to clean out the port and get the phone charging normally, and wouldn't let me pay him for his time - he just asked that I come back when I needed anything, and I definitely will, they're now my go-to source for any tech fixes I might need. Thanks again for such great service! -
