(December 14, 2020, 8:55 pm)The staff were extremely helpful. I parked my car in the storage as I'm going out of country to protect it from snow and other concerns while I'm not here. The staff(forgot to ask his name) made sure I parked the car safely inside and was there to guide me through the process as it's quite tricky to get the car on the ramp and park it. Price wise it's decent as well. Would definitely recommend. The only concern is the ramp is placed inside a locked room which can be accessed only during the office hours. So, you can't actually get your car(if parked inside the storage) in/out after hours unless you carry your own ramp.
