the staff know their stuff! you will not get better treatment anywhere.
they did the test, told me my options from inexpensive to top of the line bluetooth hearing aids. i chose the blue tooth and could not be happier i have them connected to my tv, smart phone, my truck etc. i love these things i am hearing sounds i have not heard in 30 years. if you have trouble hearing go to hearing life in Kemptville or i guess to any of their other locations, just get your hearing back you will not be sorry.

I had occasion to visit this location earlier this week for a hearing test. I had some concerns and was very worried. Karen was absolutely wonderful and made me feel at ease immediately! She & Brooke were both very professional and confidence inspiring. I would recommend their services without hesitation.

I was very pleased with the friendly, intelligent and professional advice provided by Ms. M. and the Administrator. Appointments and bookings were at my convenience. All questions were answered thoroughly, and the procedures of testing, fitting and adjusting were outstanding!!
I was delighted that my previous results were acquired from another ListenUP! clinic so that we could compare results from 8 years ago.
The new technology is amazing, far superior from previous generations of hearing aid.
I also know that if needed, I can return with supreme confidence and have any issues resolved immediately.
