Marksmen Drywall Inc.

This is the 3rd home Marksmen drywall team has completed for me.
- 4 bed 3 bath home.
-drywall delivery, install, mud, tape, clean- up and out the door in less than 2 weeks.
- I dealt with Mark(owner) Jesse, Andrew, Spencer, during the project, all of them were professional and master's of there craft

Double edged sword.

The multiple crews were relatively quick, a little unorganized but the work always came together, got the job done and made it happen in a not so fabulous building year (2021 was tough on everyone).

Poor communication overall which was the cause of issues we had.

Based on the work, I would use them again though I think most of the jobs in our new build were sub-contracted. (Not sure who I’m actually reviewing for the work).

The crews were pretty good to deal with, typical contractors who know their job.

Of note, Jesse should be promoted to manager simply based on how he handles customer care. Yes, we had hiccups, yet he was professional, genuine and kind to deal with. He remedied everything immediately.
He is the only one I would deal with if I use this company in future, I won’t explain why because everyone has bad days.

If you use them, ask for Jesse, you will thank yourself later.

The pros: priced right, nice guys, easy to deal with, fair while resolving issues
The Cons: quite a few nicks and dings in the final coat, paint not sanded in-between coats resulting in a rough finish, left a large mess even after having to come back twice, attention to detail.
All in all I was satisfied. This is a difficult trade as every little thing shows but with saying that, they are " the pros" and the end result should speak to that title.

Marksmen did an excellent job with our drywall installation. We had an issue with the work of one of their new workers which was corrected right away and the finish is top notch. They were responsive when we asked for updates and had great customer service. Would recommend.
