This is one of my favourite places to stop and stretch my legs on trips between Toronto and Sudbury.

I've passed over this river a number of times growing up, usually just passing south from Sudbury or some other Northern indulgence. A few times I've stopped in for a closer look. Every time was special. The value of this incredible foot bridge is worth every penny it took to put it up, and every second it takes to walk it. Thankful.

I had been camping for a couple weeks and had to go buy fuel. I noticed the bridge, and on my returning, I stopped to have a look.
I was very pleasantly surprised and found the displays and dioramas fascinating. And the bridge can provide for some wonderful photo opportunities. Note that the bridge is privately owned by a snowmobile club, and it has signs stating on a chain across the end. I was not too worried about upsetting a snowmobile club in July, and took some great shots from the center of the bridge, which spans the French River.
