We booked our canoes for a long weekend canoe trip from Hartley Bay - they were amazing!! We felt very safe leaving our car here for the weekend, and they provided great advice before we set off. We also completely forgot hot dog buns, so the woman went to her freezer and got us a pack so that we could enjoy our hotdogs when we got to our site!

Great launching point for backcountry within the french river area. Very historic route, gorgeous surroundings and enough side rivers to keep the adventure going.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, even helping us load one of our Kayaks.

We went during off season and it was still pretty busy. I think during high season it must be really busy. But there access to French river is excellent.

You will have to leave your car keys with them for valet. I believe they will also park, move your boat trailer with their vehicle, but not 100% sure as we launched Kayaks. The launch ramp is quite steep.

Great location for accessing the French River delta by either canoe, kayak, or motor boat. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again for a French river trip. Prices are admittedly a bit steep for parking and launch as they are in addition to the park permit but the staff sure provides a great service.
