Not bad for a small town gym, however, the equipment is quite dated and in desperate need of repair. Some of the cables, for instance, are in pretty rough shape and are an accident waiting to happen. Making using the cable system equipment a little unsettling and less than smooth motion. Signed up for a month, last summer, and didn't return for this reason alone. I'll stick with 4 Directions. They're equipment at least is new(er) and in great shape.

Fairly priced smaller local gym. It is in the basement of the MTA building and you need a card to get in, you used to be able to get them down at the Expositor.

There are lots of free weights, some machines, and cardio equipment. The gym has its regulars, but isn’t overly busy. It is not normally staffed, but there is a washroom, changing room, and shower. In the winter it can be a bit cool, but you warm up quick!
