  Want to say thank you to Rhonda in Sales, Kyle in service and Joe for such great customer service. I thank you for your patience as you help teach us how to heat a difficult old home with a wood stove. Highly recommend Elmira Stove Works. Looking forward to future dealings.

  We just bought a gas fireplace from here and it looks great. No pressure atmosphere and very knowledgeable staff. Showroom is very nice.

  I wouldn't buy a gas insert anywhere else. When I needed a small part on an insert we purchased years ago, not only did they have the part, they also gave me great advice on how to install the part myself, thereby saving me a service call. Kyle was professional, friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store.
