We recently bought a new build house from Prosperity and I like to share some of my personal experience with Prosperity Homes. Seeing people say their houses use cheapest stuff to build, I like to say that what they use are not the expensive but they price their house based on what they use. I am satisfied with the price of our house and I think it has a pretty good cost-quality ratio. I believe I got what I paid for.
What impressed me more is how much they care about their cutomers. We had a couple of issues with the house since we took the possession, and though they are not big ones, Prosperity responded and fixed them promptly. We just submitted the Tarion 30 days form recently, and surprisingly they sent people to handle some of them in 2 hours and set up the service date ASAP for the rest! We should be aware what Tarion requires is within 120 days!
I particularly want to say thank you to Karen who is a very lovely and friendly lady responding to all the concerns that homeowners have. She always replied my email within hours and seemed to be caring about my house more than I do. Really nice employee who adds credit to the company. The superintendents on sides are really friendly and helpful as well. Kris and Jamie (I hope I spell his name correctly) took fast actions to fix issues and are always willing to answer my question about the house. Very friendly people.
We don't regret buying our new house from Prosperity and I agree that they say they know their cumstomers by name but not a file number. Great job Prosperity Homes!

Initially, I had posted a negative review of Prosperity.
However, I'd like to revise this review as a positive experience as a whole.

Prosperity's staff are easy to work with. They're typically straight to the point and encounters are very business-like and brief.

While the home had issues, it's all about what the builder does to rectify the issues that come up. There were delays in receiving service, but for the most part, they got resolved. Prosperity responds to either phone or email -- not immediately, if it isn't an emergency, but eventually.

I'd like to thank Prosperity's staff for the help I've received with various issues over the years.
