(December 18, 2021, 9:19 pm)If you want to live close to Fanshawe College, Foundry First is the right place. I am quite satisfied with the staff and the front desk. In addition, you can create a request on the portal for the issue you want to be done or fixed in your suite or anywhere in the building and have them resolved as soon as possible.

(December 15, 2021, 5:24 pm)Units and lobby can be nice and more modern but there are so many issues within the building that rent is unreasonable. IF YOU HAVE ASTHMA THIS BUILDING IS NOT FOR YOU, THERE IS CRAZY AMOUNTS OF DUST AND BUILDING STAFF WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP

(December 3, 2021, 10:07 pm)Foundry First is a lovely place to live! The location is great - right by grocery stores and Fanshawe college the bus stop is right across the street. The suite is really clean and modern, and there's also great amenities. Management is easy to reach and they host great events and treat there residents very well.
