Still gotta have the farmers wrap when there.????

This Tim Horton's is right across the street from my workplace so my coworkers and I frequent this store a lot. At this location, there's this blonde, older woman (early to mid 50's) manning one of the tills and I have never had a pleasant experience with her. She always acts as if you are inconveniencing her and displays a LOT of attitude if you need to change and order, add items, or just take time to look at the menu. She complains, rolls her eyes, or otherwise makes sure you know how much she doesn't want to be serving you.

The other staff members are very friendly and pleasant to interact with. Service times are generally fairly good though the tills can seem understaffed at time causing long lineups if you aren’t in the drive through. The food is almost always very good, though back when they had the waffle sandwich, it came out looking not at all like the advertisement and was burned.

Love the food here and some of the friendly staff but there needs to be better training or something I would say. Few weeks back I came into the store with about 5/6 other people ahead of me with only one worker on the cash. Yet there was 8 people dealing with drive thru or just standing there staring at the screen. I was in line for about 15 min before I was served and the girl looked so exhausted and miserable. I don’t blame her though, she was running around and doing things for everyone else and could barely catch her breath.
This is absolutely not the first time this has happened and I doubt it will be the last, I never got her name but she’s the reason I didn’t go any lower with my score.
