Associates were all approachable and helpful during my recent visit. I didn't feel rushed or as if I was inconveniencing them. Great service and product availability

Hours are good. Inventory is good. Mostly helpful staff. In particular, one of the managers went above and beyond. Thank you. Very much appreciated. I have had a couple younger employees with the "senior syndrome", which basically renders anyone with grey hair as invisible. It's a little disconcerting to have someone look right through you. However, the majority of the employees are excellent and because of that and their excellent customer service, this will continue to be my destination of choice for my electronic and office purchases.

This 5 star review is for a gentleman named Alex who I think is the manager. His service towards me and the rest of the customer was phenomenal.

The survey was geared more to equipment repair, however the service Staples delivered was to transfer an old Camcorder tape and VHS tape onto a DVD for me. These were movies of a daughter who passed away at aged 12 that I could no longer watch because I didn't have that equipment. The DVD was delivered on Dec. 24 which gave my family and I the opportunity to view it again together that eve. How wonderful! The DVD was delivered before the promised date and made my and my families Christmas so special..Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
