Placed a couple of orders for curbside pick up during lockdown and they were ready in no time. Amazing service from great staff who were super friendly, knowledgeable and very quick. Thank you so much.

I’ve been to so many ToysRus but this is the first time I’ve been at this location. I was actually just passing by London(driving from Toronto to Windsor) and ordered something at this location for pick up. First off, the customer service is excellent! I picked up my order and they had it ready and also asked me if I needed help to put it in my car. The ops manager( I didn’t catch his name) was very friendly and nice. You can tell when someone really enjoys and loves their job. I had staff ask me if I needed any help or if I’m looking for something specific. I picked up a trampoline and they were very nice to assist me putting it in my cart. The shelves were well stocked and everything was organized. I think the ops manager said this toyrus was one of the top 3 largest locations. All staff were smiling even though they were wearing a masks you can tell they were all happy to be there.

My kids love Toys R Us, it is always a hit and the staff are always friendly. I remember going to a different Toys R Us with my Mom when I was kid. Great memories!
