(September 4, 2020, 10:27 pm)Tree top trekking is definetly a work-out using different muscles that will be sore the next day. I myself struggled my bf and the teo 13 yr old boys we brought ran through the courses, making me feel like I had to so I was so out of breath and nervous, you definetly need to hang on to the wire up top rather then just the harness you have on you attached to the wire, since I struggled so much I only did the first course and the zipline course which was super fun. Be prepared for a work-out and definetly dont try to keep up to 12 year olds!!!
