Last week, I stopped by to pick up keys to my community mailbox. The process was quick and very pleasant. After entering the doors at the northeast corner (closer to Oxford St), I picked up a phone that was designated for key pickup. Someone answered, I gave them some details, and someone brought the keys out into the lobby within 30 seconds! Hint: use the doors at the northeast corner, because the ones at the southeast corner (further away from Oxford St) are for employee use only and are locked.
