After my first adjustment I slept for 2 hours and woke with no pain. I could actually see better and could breathe more deeply. After a month of adjustments I've found I can sleep better and the stiffness throughout my body is slowly disappearing. I am so grateful. I highly recommend Chiropractic Health & Wellness. The atmosphere is warm and you will leave feeling lighter.

I have known Dr. Bob for years now and had the opportunity to have him treat me as well which had great results. This centre is wonderful. I would (have!) recommend (ed) this facility to everyone! Thanks Dr. Liz and Dr. Bob!
