(May 13, 2019, 11:05 pm)always helpful and friendly.never had az problem with staff..pharmacy is another thing.they lose your meds.prescriptions.give you other people's meds with yours, phone in orders don't always work..went to get 4 prescriptions.would only give me 3...said med wasn't due til next day..are you kidding me,1 day early..have to go back again tomo for that one..not impressed

Sometimes there's been a bit of a wait at check-out but they have now added self check-out kiosks that are easy to use. -

(January 18, 2019, 10:58 am)I frequent this store multiple times throughout the week and I have never had a bad experience. It's the best Shoppers Store throughout London, by far. The staff are wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful and always happy. Which makes me a happy customer!!
