This is the very first review I have ever written about a business. I typically don't feel the need to do so because there's usually nothing noteworthy about customer service nowadays. However, after meeting with Paola at Smart Gold I feel compelled to write one. I was hesitant to walk into a store to sell my jewelry, feeling like I might be ripped off as I had no knowledge of the industry, however, Paola was one of the best customer service folks I have dealt with in a very long time. She was quick, knowledgable, friendly and very fair. If you ever need to sell your gold, this is the place to go.

First time there, and it deserves the 5 starts, She was sweet, kind and friendly. She even told me that i came at the right day since, gold price went up.Brought in a gold necklace, had a number in my head, when she tested it weighed it and everything and told me the price. Got more then what I had in my head. Would recommend Smart Gold London to anyone and everyone.
