(March 31, 2022, 8:21 pm)How is a patient supposed to call a department at the request of the receptionist in the said department without a phone number listed "anywhere"online with the exception of a toll-free number for an appointment? Case in point: I was sent to the X-Ray Dept. by the doctor in the building I was seeing. I never was given a phone number for that department to begin with, and not provided with one by the receptionist. Had I known I couldn't obtain a phone number, I would have asked for it to be written down or for a business card.
