Amazing Service. Amazing people.

I needed a drain for a shower pan that does NOT require access from below - this does not exist in Canada; found it on a US wholesale site, which let me know that EMCO was their Canadian distributor. I called and spoke with Heather, who let me know there were none in London, but she immediately found the product in North Bay (I think, not important). She immediately called that location and arranged shipping, emailed me the paperwork, and I had the drain in 2 business days - I was amazed. When I picked the product up, Heather greeted me, even though she was not on the sales desk, one of the most pleasant people I have met in a long time. At the Desk, I was helped by Mark; I had questions about how the drain worked and what might happen if it did not (plumbing "magic" - I am not a plumber, or a hand man!!!). Mark was also pleasant and forthcoming and gave me advice, including offering to help me if I got stuck and needed future help. Thanks to Heather and Mark, and I will definitely use EMCO again because of their efforts!!!
