D & L New & Used Tires

Hi my name is Gerry from London I would like to share a great story from the visit I had at D&L my son and I where looking for tires for my sons truck but they where out of stock for the size he needed so one of the nice souls that works there I feel bad I don’t know his name but I will never for get his kindness he offered his 2 tires off his truck that right there is good service bud 😁

Quick with their work and knowledgeable. Amazing prices and very nice people. I go there every season to get my tires swapped. Won't go anywhere else.

Well unfortunately I had the worst luck in the last six months getting three nails in my tires and always near the end of the day I didn’t call make an appointment I just showed up at the shop to see if they could help me out with my situation and my tires were fixed quickly. Each time I went there I was met with awesome customer service and treated as most customers should be treated with smiles and a willingness to help.In the past I have went to other tire places for the same thing and was told id have to leave my car there for three hours and find something to do which was definitely an inconvenience. In the future if I have an issue with my tires Or need to put snow tires on I will be coming back.
