ESM London (Wellington)

This location had great staff and food... but they are closed (permanantly or temporarily, unknown).
We headed to a different location after finding this one completely closed down tonight... and we were told at the other location we headed to that this one on Wellington was closed due to "Money Laundering!!!"

Uhoh, good luck to those employees that worked there and DID do a great job! :(

This is the premiere, preferred East Side Mario’s location in London. Meals and portions are always done well, and the service has always been amazing. Staff are typically younger, but very high energy and attentive to customers needs. The last servers I had were really young guys but I was super impressed by how polite and how good they were.

This location has found a way to put their own personal touch on the East Side Mario’s dining experience.

They really changed the deco at this location over the last few years and it looks more like a fun warehouse than a restaurant. Servers where wonderful, food was great they where careful about gluten allergies. And if you have kids they have staff dress is cartoon costumes and walk around for them to take pics with it pretty damn adorable.

What a great experience right as you walk in! We were a bit skeptical as we usually enjoy our Northwest London location close to home but given their renovations and closure, we ventured a bit further south to try out this location.

As we walked in right at 7pm dinner time, the greeter kindly told us we would have a short wait of 5 mins but gladly took our request for a booth! Fantastic!

Our waiter was with us promptly and although Matt was quiet he definitely heard our request and made it happen! A couple substitutions and small accommodations truly made for an exceptional experience!

Not sure why this place only has a 3.6 rating! I've been to multiple East Side Mario's locations and this one is by far the best! My boyfriend and I will definitely be coming back and recommending to our coworkers and friends! Taking an extra meal home for his late night snack is a big plus too!

Came here on a Friday evening. Entrance staff were courteous and accommodated our request for a booth with little wait. Our server, Matthew, was very kind, efficient, and attended our table just the right amount. Pleasantly surprised, would come again!
