London Honda

The staff are very helpful and they understand you and the service required. Their services are very competitively priced, and the work they do is very well done. It's a busy shop so it can take a couple weeks to get an appointment. Also, if you're concerned about the time it takes to work on your vehicle, ask them when booking your appointment. I had a previous situation where it took a lot longer than I thought it would and was only told when dropped off my car.

Phenomenal service at London Honda. I had the pleasure of dealing with Billy Young, he went above and beyond in terms of what you would typically expect at a dealership. He was informative, and very knowledgeable and seemed to be quiet passionate about Honda’s. I would recommend him to anyone, my dad will be making a visit when he is ready to buy a new car as well, as he too was very impressed with the service at London Honda. We love our new Civic Sport, as new parents, I’m glad my husband can have a sports car that has a surprisingly big back seat for a car seat and two adults comfortably!

My wife recently purchased a new 2019 Honda Civic from London Honda and I was thoroughly impressed with our entire experience. Plus, the facility was incredibly immaculate.

Bill was a consummate professional who possessed great product knowledge and made the entire selection/purchasing process far smoother than what I am used to at other dealerships. Top notch!

From the finance perspective, Chad was remarkably supportive and his insight was extremely valuable.
